Refund policy

At EXTLEXY, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because we operate as a dropshipping business, all orders are processed directly through our trusted fulfillment partners.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

After this period, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be canceled.

Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 2–5 Business Days
  • Shipping Time: 7–20 Business Days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing are handled on a case-by-case basis.
